Is my trading data private and secure?
Yes. Your data is stored in a secure, encrypted database (Supabase) with Row-Level Security — meaning only you can access your data. We never sell or share your trading data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Does TraderMindX provide financial advice?
No. TraderMindX is a journaling and analytics tool. AI-generated insights are for self-reflection and pattern recognition only — not financial or investment advice. All trading decisions are your own responsibility.
Can I export my trade data?
Yes. You can export your trade journal as CSV from within the app. We believe your data belongs to you — always.
What's included in the free plan?
The free plan includes trade journaling, basic statistics, psychology tracking, and a limited number of AI analysis credits per month. Paid plans unlock unlimited AI analysis, advanced analytics, forecasting, voice journaling, and more.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked, no hidden fees.
