TraderMindX is built on a simple principle: your trading data is yours. We collect only what is necessary to provide the service, we never sell your data, and we give you full control over it.
1. Who We Are
TraderMindX ("we", "our", or "us") is a trading journal and analytics platform operated by BusinessNtech. You can reach us at privacy@tradermindx.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account data — email address and password (stored securely via Supabase)
- Trade data — entries, exits, notes, screenshots, and any other trade information you log
- Journal data — emotional state, rituals, meditation logs, and reflections
- Settings and preferences — language, display preferences, onboarding answers
- Voice recordings — if you use the voice journaling feature (processed via OpenAI Whisper, not stored permanently)
We also collect technical data automatically:
- Browser type and version
- Device type and operating system
- Usage patterns (pages visited, features used) — anonymized
- Error logs for debugging purposes
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the TraderMindX service
- To generate AI-powered insights and analysis based on your trading data
- To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset)
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell your data to third parties, and we do not share your trading data with anyone outside of TraderMindX without your explicit consent.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following trusted third-party services to operate TraderMindX:
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU data residency available)
- OpenAI — AI trade analysis and voice transcription (data processed but not stored by OpenAI for training)
- Anthropic — AI-powered insights (same data handling policy as OpenAI)
- Vercel — hosting and serverless functions
- Financial Modeling Prep / Finnhub — market data (no personal data shared)
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete all your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access all data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of any non-essential data processing

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures: HTTPS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest via Supabase, Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring users can only access their own data, and regular security reviews.
9. Children's Privacy
TraderMindX is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of TraderMindX after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
