Important: TraderMindX is a journaling and analytics tool. It does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals. All trading decisions are your own responsibility.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TraderMindX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.
2. Description of Service
TraderMindX is a trading journal and analytics platform that helps traders track trades, analyze performance, monitor psychology, and receive AI-generated insights. The Service is provided by BusinessNtech ("Company", "we", "us").
3. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use TraderMindX
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- One person may not maintain more than one free account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service by automated means
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the Service or other users
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
5. Not Financial Advice
TraderMindX provides tools for journaling, analytics, and self-reflection. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. AI-generated insights are for informational and educational purposes only. Past performance data shown in your journal does not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
6. Subscription and Payments
- Free plan features are available at no cost, subject to usage limits
- Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you have not used premium features extensively
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
7. Your Data and Content
You retain full ownership of all trade data, journal entries, and content you input into TraderMindX. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating AI insights). We do not claim ownership of your data. 8. Intellectual Property
The TraderMindX platform, including its design, code, branding, and all content created by us, is owned by BusinessNtech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from Service unavailability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TraderMindX and BusinessNtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted, or in the courts of the jurisdiction in which BusinessNtech operates.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
